The next reason to buy is the interest rates are so low right now, making home ownership less expensive than renting these days. Banks also have a lot of different options as far as the length of the mortgages, adjustable rate mortgages, which are loans where the interest rates can move up, and down for a course of so many years. However you find that home, whichever way you go, you cannot go wrong in the Salt Lake City area.
