Foreclosure Prevention Counseling

Foreclosure prevention counseling is for homeowners who are facing foreclosure. Homeowners, working together with the CDC, develop a plan with the mortgage company to mitigate the foreclosure process. With a successful plan, the homeowner once again has stable housing.

Fill out the foreclosure prevention counseling application and return it to us. CDC staff will review the information in the application and set up a time to talk with you.
