Thank you for your interest in the CDC Home Purchase Programs. The Community Development Corporation of Utah administers a variety of financing and down payment assistance programs to assist first time homebuyers. These programs may require income eligibility. Here is a list of homes that are now available for purchase:

How can I get a Homes For Sale List?

ACA Home Purchase Program

Thank you for your interest in the ACA Home Purchase Program. The properties listed below are now available for purchase by all income eligible home buyers:

• ACA Offers
  
  

• Officers and Teachers, who have completed an ACA Home Purchase Program information file with Community Development Corporation of Utah, may submit offers the first five business days the properties are on the market, see chart above. If we receive multiple offers on any one property during this period we will conduct a drawing to choose the accepted offer.
  
  

• After the Officer / Teacher offer period we will be receiving income eligible offers from buyers who have completed an ACA Home Purchase Program information file with Community Development Corporation of Utah, see chart above for date. Please contact Susan Davis at 809-9555 for availability.
  
  

• OFFERS MUST BE FULL PRICE. To make an offer refer to the ACA Home Purchase Check List, www.CDCutah.org. There are some things you will need to do before an offer can be submitted. The properties will be sold on a first come first served basis after the Officer / Teacher offer period, see chart above.
