In September, The William S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Foundation provided a $78,000 grant to the Community Development Corporation of Utah for renovation of the Affordability Project warehouse.
The 7,000 square foot warehouse is located at 1600 South Jefferson Street (140 West), Salt Lake City. Rennovations to this former print shop will improve office space and our ability to store a wide range of construction materials. Those materials include but are not limited to lumber, sheathing, shingles, windows, doors, floor coverings, lighting fixtures, sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, and appliances.
The warehouse will also accommodate other non-profit organizations that share similar missions of helping homeowners.
We thank the William S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Foundation for this grant, which will help the warehouse function safely and efficiently.
