The CDC builds new homes and rehabilitates existing housing then works with interested eligible low-income homebuyers to help them qualify for purchasing these homes. In order to evaluate how the CDC can help a family, specific information is needed. Please complete and return the Home Buyer application.
The CDC seeks to reduce costs and meet the needs of our clients through a variety of strategies that include innovative land development, new technologies, and handicapped accessible and visitable design. The increasing gap between housing costs in Utah and what working families can afford inspired us to develop the Affordability Project, a more comprehensive approach for providing affordable housing for those shut out of the housing market.
