Post-Purchase Counseling
Post-purchase counseling is designed to help first-time homebuyers weather the first two years of homeownership through individual counseling with CDC staff, maintaining a home maintenance savings account, and other strategies for successful homeowners.
Fill out the post-purchase application and return it to us. CDC staff will review your application and set up a time to talk with you. You can also review our Homebuyer Club Agreement and use our family budget worksheet to evaluate your situation.
