Counseling and Education Services

CDC staff provided a full range of pre and post-purchase counseling and education services.

Affordability Project

The Affordability Project is an innovative initiative designed to reduce the cost of new and rehabilitated homes. Our warehouse accepts donation of quality home materials (i.e. cabinets, appliances, lumber etc.) from homeowners, contractors and building supply companies. These supplies have significantly reduced the cost of construction/rehab for many needed families. Recently, the cost of a new home for a needy family of eight was reduced by over $25,000, to see how you can help, please call Jay at 801-487-6275.
